Protean Electric Presents at the Enterprise Architect User Group Conference: London 2017

Protean Electric, the global leader of advanced in-wheel electric drive, will present “Using Enterprise Architect & SysML for the Development of an In-wheel Motor System” at 3:15 p.m. on May 19th, 2017, Day Two of the Enterprise Architect User Group (EAUG) conference in London.

The EAUG event is taking place at Code Node, London, EC2M 7BT

John Gladstone is a Senior Systems Engineer with Protean Electric and he will present on how ProteanDRIVE®, a fully integrated in-wheel drive solution, is being developed to comply with automotive standard ISO-26262 that provides guidance and recommendations for the development of safety related systems. Included in these recommendations is the use of UML and/or SysML. Protean Electric has used Enterprise Architect with SysML to develop a system model of the design; ensuring compliance with the standard. This presentation will explain, with the use of real examples, the specific EA capabilities that have been exploited by Protean Electric during their development activities.
