Dr. Chris Hilton, Chief Technology Officer at Protean, will describe how Protean has integrated a high torque electric motor, compact inverter and friction brake to form a complete drive-train in the wheel. This novel solution offers significant advantages such as improved efficiency and superior driving performance provided by torque vectoring.
